When Carol Prelog founded EC Exclusive Services LLC in 2018, her goal was simple: to serve the Estrella Mountain Ranch community with safe, reliable, fully licensed services people could trust. What began as a small local business offering home services and transportation quickly revealed something important — West Valley residents needed dependable private transportation they could count on.

At the time, professional transportation options in Estrella, Goodyear, and the surrounding West Valley were limited. Many residents were left relying on inconsistent, app-based, or unlicensed services for airport transfers, appointments, special events, and late-night returns.

Carol knew the community deserved better.

By 2019, transportation had become the clear focus. Exclusive Transportation LLC | DBA Exclusive Transportation Services (ETS) was created to offer more than a ride — it was created to provide peace of mind, professionalism, safety, and accountability from the moment a reservation is made until the client reaches their destination.
